We've seen Kate Moss pose in a variety of outfits, positions and in any number of locations throughout her successful career - but this is the supermodel as you've never seen her before.
The supermodel, 41, stripped topless for her latest eerie shoot for W magazine - and shows off her ageless figure in a series of stunning couture gowns.
The fashion spread, titled Painted Lady, see the star step back in time as she dons a huge wig and barely covers her modesty in a loose floor-length Valentino haute couture gown - completely exposing her boobs for the camera.
She looks almost recognisable as she poses seductively in the revealing number, giving the impression she's come straight out of a painting.
Another shows her with her bare back to the camera and her hair gelled down and what appears to be a headscarf on, flaunting almost all in a feathered Elie Saab dress.
The photos, shot by Paolo Roversi and styled by Edward Enninful, show the stunner partly painted in blue paint as she looks off into the distance.
More show Kate looking completely flawless as she sits on the ground in more designer gowns, showing every model everywhere how it's really done.
W editor in Chief, Stefano Tonchi, said: Photographer Paolo Roversi and W's Fashion and Style Director Edward Enninful literally knocked the stuffing out of couture, zeroing in on the raciest, most sensuous looks of the season. These are not your typical ladies-who-lunch ensembles."
It's just the latest opportunity for Kate to prove she's still queen of her game, after stunning next to her co-stars at the Alexander McQueen gala recently.
Kate, who was joined by her husband Jamie Hince, wore her hair down and dazzled at the event.
The blonde beauty rocked a see-through black lace with a bodice beneath the long-sleeved gown. She had already attended the V&A earlier today, possibly for a sneak preview as on display at the fashion exhibition of the year, there is a 3D holographic image of the beauty, dressed in a white organza gown.
