Gino D'Acampo is known for his cheeky antics but we weren't expecting this revelation.
The Italian chef, who regularly appears on ITV's This Morning, admitted he engaged in a sex act with his own cousin when he was younger, which involved Nutella chocolate sauce.
During a new episode of Celebrity Juice, which is yet to be aired, host Keith Lemon asked him if he'd ever licked anything off a woman before.
According to The Sun newspaper, he revealed he'd been involved with his female cousin, saying: "I was young. She said the Nutella tasted better 'down there', but it was a trick."
Guests reportedly looked stunned and giggled, while comedian Jimmy Carr told the star: "Your lack of shame is most amazing."
The likes of Caroline Flack and other panellists on the show tried not to laugh out loud but it seems Gino, 38, wasn't all that bothered about his saucy comment.
We're still not quite sure whether he was joking or not.
It comes after he C-bombed during filming for Celebrity Squares this month while involved in a discussion with TV host Warwick Davis about when he started seeing his wife Jessica.
Gino is often very well behaved on TV, despite his often innuendos, and we only first really saw more of his wild side when he entered the jungle on I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!
However, he did get into a bit of bother with Amanda Holden on This Morning on Monday when she accidentally threw a pan of hot beans over the celebrity chef.
The hunk was showing the team on the show how to make pork chops with sage and canellini beans live, when Amanda made the live blunder.
The pretty mum-of-two was told to shake the pan gently to toss the cannellini beans as they fried.
Poor Amanda was a little too vigorous and her beans went flying in every direction, leaving Gino looking mortified.
But we think it would probably take more than a pan of beans to embarrass him after his latest admission.
Mirror Celeb has contacted ITV for a comment.
Celebrity Juice airs on ITV2 at 10pm tomorrow.
