Fable recently stepped into the studio with a true dance legend.
As one half of Orbital Paul Hartnoll helped to push British electronic music into the mainstream, recording some epochal tunes in the process.
The pair immediately hit it off, with Paul Hartnoll helped progress Fable's new album. A series of previews have thus far emerged, with new cut 'Human Pretending' ratcheting up expectation still further.
Hard-wired by Paul Hartnoll, the impeccable production is allied to Fable's cinematic songwriting sensibility. The track is about “the human condition,” explains Fable. “We are all flesh and bone, but we’ve convinced ourselves that intellectually we are part of something far greater, both individually and as a society. There’s a constant battle between our actual being and the personas we’ve created, to the extent we’re losing touch with who and what we really are.”
Pirate Radio is able to premiere the accompanying visuals, and they're a stylish introduction to her world.

LA based Swedish singer Snoh Aalegra releases her new single - ‘Under The Influence’ taken from her forthcoming mini-album ‘Don't Explain’.
Under The Influence is an emotionally-charged two-stepper perfect for drawing your partner in close for a slow dance. You’ll be hard pushed to find a blog or website who doesn’t compare Snoh’s smokey, bluesy vocals to Amy Winehouse as this really is an apt comparison. In addition, the classic Roy Lichtenstein / Modesty Blaise(https://www.artsy.net/artist/roy-lichtenstein) styled pop cover art would have even made the late-great singer proud!
Produced by No I.D ‘Under The Influence’ also features John Mayer, who provides the lead guitar. No I.D. also worked with RZA on the SSMA nominated track "Emotional" and Common for "Bad Things”.
Aalegra's Don't Explain - also features collaborations with James Fauntleroy and DJ Dahi - lands April 8 and is available for pre-order on iTunes here.
Having quenched the thirst of his fans by dropping Drink More Water 6earlier this month, ILOVEMAKONNEN has revealed a hazy new video for mixtape opener "Back Again."
After cruising through a foggy cityscape and an even foggier winding road, Makonnen hops out of his car and lights up a blunt before ruminating on a love interest in his unique sing-song flow.
Drink More Water 6 is out now and can be streamed here. Watch the clip for "Back Again" in the player below.
After announcing the details behind their sophomore record Outer Heavenlate last month, Toronto post-punks Greys have shared a video for album cut "Blown Out."
Shot largely in black and white, the clip alternates between the real and surreal in showing a tense conversation between a couple over coffee. Vocalist/guitarist Shehzaad Jiwani explained the concept behind the song and its visuals, saying it "was written about being in a relationship with someone who didn't understand depression because they'd never felt it themselves."
"The difference between sympathy and empathy is a distinct one — hearing someone out is one thing, but really listening to them is another," he continued in a statement. "The video alternates between stark, Godard-esque candor and Lynchian surrealism to illustrate what it's like inside and outside the mind of someone who suffers from depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. We don't all know what is going through someone's head at any given time, but we should all try to listen and understand - especially to those closest to us."
Outer Heaven arrives on April 22 through Buzz Records/Carpark Records. Watch the video for "Blown Out" in the player below.

The Decoys are set to take In Our Blood out on the road through Canada with a string of tour dates kicking off next month. See the full tour itinerary and the video for the record's title track in the player below.

Vancouver-based electro-popster Willa is set to release her debut album Criminals + Dreamers later this spring, but before the full album lands, Exclaim! has got the premiere of the brand new video for "Dreamers."
The upcoming album was recorded with Ryan Guldemond of Mother Mother as producer, and builds on the momentum of previously released single "Stay the Night."
"Dreamers" is a bombastic blast of high-energy synth-pop, and the song has been been paired with a video courtesy of director Nancy Lee. The singer describes the song as an ode to "shedding societal expectations and reminding yourself who you are and who you'd like to be," and the clip cements that sentiment. It finds Willa and a friend staying true to who they are, standing up for themselves, and having a wildly fun night out in spite of douchebag creepers at the club.
"I think the video that Nancy Lee helmed perfectly captures that feeling through visuals," Willa continues. "I'm so damn proud of this video."
Watch the final product right now in the player below. Criminals + Dreamers is out on May 6.
Shoegazing alt-rockers Nothing will soon deliver the goods with their sophomore full-length Tired of Tomorrow. Before it arrives in full, the Philadelphia band have shared another single along with a new video.
"Eaten by Worms" is a slow-burner, which is good because that allows plenty of time for its video to unfold. The clip features frontman Dominic Palermo getting bloodied and bruised as he's attacked in a house robbery.
Eventually he makes his way to heaven, where he chills with the King of Pop, but not before some frightened onlookers lip sync the song's lyrics.
Watch the video for "Eaten by Worms" below [via Rolling Stone], and get Tired of Tomorrow when it lands on May 13 through Relapse.
THØSS is a larger than life presence - literally.
The songwriter is a mighty 6ft 6 inches tall, and his incredible presence makes for an intense, powerful life performer.
But at heart he's a tender soul. A member of Britain's DIY underground THØSS has patiently, calmly pursued music, touring across the country in the process.
New cut 'IWITW' may well be one of his most affecting releases yet, with THØSS speaking openly of depression and anxiety.
The accompanying visuals expand on these themes. The video was directed by Abi Sinclair of the band Bat and Ball, and it features water as a recurring motif - sometimes is washes lightly against the songwriter, at others it submerges him.

Scientists searching a hidden ninth planet have spotted an unidentified object in the exact area they believed the Planet Nine to occupy.
The giant iceball — similar to Neptune or Uranus — is believed to be nestling at the edge of our solar system.
Astronomers had been desperately searching for more evidence of its existence since the discovery in January.
Astronomer Mike Brown of California Institute of Technology in Pasadena tweeted a photo showing a plot of the new "object" in the Kuiper Belt — a region of the solar system beyond Neptune. He wrote: "Hey Planet Nine fans, a new eccentric KBO [Kuiper Belt Object] was discovered. And it is exactly where Planet Nine says it should be."
The revelation will be sure to spark fears among amateur star gazers who believe the prophecy that a collision between Earth and a huge planet known as Nibiru or Planet X will happen by April.
A whopping ten times more massive than Earth — the planet would be sure to wipe us out.
Maverick scientists have speculated about its existence since the 19th century.CALTECH FAR AWAY WORLD: Planet Nine has been mapped by scientistsBut their theories fell out of favour when it was widely accepted that Neptune was as far as it got for our solar system.
Interest in the mysterious planet peaked again in 2014 when scientists investigated 13 objects in the Kuiper Belt and discovered the gaseous giant similar to Neptune or Uranus.
If real, it would take 20,000 years to orbit the sun — making one year feel like a very, very long time.
This sensational new piece of proof came as boffins made another historical advance in our understanding of space — that Saturn's famous rings are younger than dinosaurs. The characteristic rings were forming at the same time familiar forms of life inhabited our planet - like bees, for example.
This has led scientists to believe that collisions are coming our way.
Matija Cuk, principal investigator at Search for Extra-terrestrial Intelligence Institute explained that the recent ring formation meant it was likely there had been similar rings that were "disturbed" by hurtling space objects and then reformed.
She said: "Our best guess is that Saturn had a similar collection of moons before, but their orbits were disturbed
Mike Brown and Konstanin Batygin found the planet in January
“Hey Planet Nine fans, a new eccentric KBO was discovered”
Astronomer Mike Brown
"Eventually, the orbits of neighbouring moons crossed, and these objects collided. From this rubble, the present set of moons and rings formed."
While Planet Nine bears striking similarity to the prophecy of Nibiru, NASA has reassured Earthlings it is merely fantasy.
If the planet was on a collision course with Earth it would likely be very visible in our skies.
However many have claimed to snapped and filmed a second sun — or planet — floating above us.
The number of migrants crossing the Med sea has halvedShock figures from the United Nations' refugee agency show just 25,000 migrants used the Med in March, down from 57,000 in February. The figures come as Greece looks to deport migrants back to TurkeyFigures showed a total of just 1,331 coming across the Med since March 21.
But officials warned the reduction in numbers could be down to bad weather.
Officials told the Telegraph preparations had a number of hurdles to cross before the system could be put in place.
Around 12,000 migrants are being held in the Greek-Macedonian campAn official said: “We are preparing, but the ball is in Turkey’s court.”

The magic hours in the Polish mountains Karkonosze.
The team consisting of photographer Sonia Szostak, make up-artist Marianna Yurkiewic and model Weronika headed off to a little hideaway spot on top of a mountain, at first without any plans on doing a shooting there. But nestled in this stunning scenery the wish to capture something emerged and ignoring the fact that the air temperature was close to zero degrees, Weronika braved the cold and shows us how we would like to spend one Sunday afternoon as well.
