Ng Lai-ying was convicted for using her breast to push against the officer at a chaotic protest in March.
The 30-year-old had earlier accused the cop of groping her – yelling the phrase "indecent assault" when she felt his arm on her chest.
But magistrate Michael Chan claimed she tried to use her "female identity" to harm the cop's reputation.
He said: "If I do not hand down a deterring sentence, the public might mistakenly think it is a trivial matter to assault police officers during protests."
A video from the protest – in Hong Kong on March 1 – shows Lai-ying being dragged away from the crows with a bleeding nose.
It has gone viral, picking up over 500,00 views on Facebook.
Ng Lai-ying was sentenced to for three and a half months behind bars but has been bailed pending an appeal.
Comic book hub Marvel have revealed another wave of hip-hop-honouring alternate covers hitting newsstands this fall, with the latest round merging their deep catalogue of heroes and villains with the back catalogues of MF DOOM, GZA, and Bay Area Based God, Lil B.
The comic book company's latest leaks, which come as part of a company-wide promotion, have artists incorporating elements of classic hip-hop LPs into their artwork, though they've subbed out rappers for caped crusaders. As you can see up above, the cover to MF DOOM and Madlib's 2004 LP Madvillainy has artist Mike Deodato Jr. swapping out the original's shadowy photo of the metal-faced DOOM for an illustration of Thor.
An upcoming issue of Contest of Champions twists the already comic-styled chess battle pictured on GZA's 1995 LP Liquid Swords into a fight between Doctor Doom and the Maestro. Additionally, a tribute to Lil B's Black Flame mixtape replaces the Based God with a Greek god: Hercules. You'll find both covers down below.
Apparently, the crossover between the two worlds has been a match made in Marvel heaven.
"The outpouring of love from hip-hop fans, global music-centric websites, as well as musical luminaries like Nas, Run the Jewels, Posdnuos, Questlove, DMC, and Pete Rock speaks volumes about the ongoing cross-cultural dialog that prompted these homage covers," Marvel Comics Editor in Chief Axel Alonso toldBillboard.
There will apparently be even more to-be-detailed crossovers in the future, with Alonso adding: "That dialog will only increase as readers get the full picture of Marvel's offerings in the coming year, and see what lurks beneath the covers."
The Contest of Champions variant lands in October, while the other two comic books hit stands in November.
Earlier reveals in the forthcoming fall crossover merged Howard the Duck with Ol' Dirty Bastard, Ms. Marvel with Lauryn Hill, and the X-Men with De La Soul.
As previously reported, Run the Jewels were saluted with variant covers forHoward the Duck and Deadpool last spring. Rappers Rae Sremmurd had likewise appeared on a Captain America cover in 2014.

In America, Wednesday is new comic book day. The two big publishers, Marvel and DC, each publish about 50 comics a month, which means about 12 comics each Wednesday. Individual titles are usually on a monthly schedule, although Marvel often likes to increase that schedule to biweekly for its most popular titles during the summer, and some artists work on a slower schedule, putting out one issue every two months.
If a comic begins in, say, March, the issue in March will be No. 1, the issue in April will be No. 2, the issue in May will be No. 3, and so on.
At the bottom of (usually) the first page of a monthly comic is the indicia. This is a body of text required by the postal service for periodicals that are sent through the mail.
The comic publishers have discovered that a comic book that says No. 1 on the cover will sell better than a comic that says No. 412. The “No. 1” implies a beginning—a convenient place to start reading, whereas No. 412 can be intimidating for some readers. But, on the other hand, there are books with a tremendous legacy. It is damn impressive that Detective Comics and Action Comics have more than 700 issues. This results in a sometimes confusing status with the issue numbers of comics. Publishers will often start the numbering over at No. 1 as a way of marketing a new creative team on the book or just to revitalize a book on the decline. But then they will often jump back to the high numbering when a key issue number is approaching (e.g. No. 500, No. 600, or No. 750).
When they do these renumberings, they sometimes (but not always) will increment the volume number. This is usually done if the book is changing significantly. However, volumes are also often used to denote collections of comics and also used when a book is canceled but then restarted at a later date. Fantastic Four Volume 1 ran for 416 issues, Volume 2 for 13 issues, Volume 3 for 72 issues, Volume 4 for 17 issues, and Volume 5 for 14 issues.
Comic publishers often like to “write for the trade.” That means that they like stories that are long enough to be collected into a softcover or hardcover bound book that can be sold in regular bookstores and to an audience that isn’t really interested in keeping up with a monthly periodical. They’ve found that a story that is between 100-120 pages is a good length for that market. Since a regular monthly comic is about 22 pages, that works out to be five or six issues.
When a publisher anticipates publishing multiple collections of a series, they will often label them Volume 1, 2, 3, and so on. A comic therefore may be published as a monthly periodical with the label Volume 1 inside the cover, but later be part of a collection labeled Volume 5, for example.
Here’s an example: Daredevil Volume 3 began in 2011. The new creative team was going to take the book in a new direction and the last several issues had not been well-received, so they decided to start a new volume. That volume has done rather well and has been republished in hardback collections about every six months. So, one might find himself in the confusing situation of reading the individual issueDaredevil Volume 3 No. 7 and then looking for the collection and finding issue No. 7 to be in the second collection, labeled Volume 2.

Actors and producers have lifted the lid on things you would never know - or perhaps wish to know - in the mysterious world of blue movies.
The intimate insights came as answers to a question posed by Reddit user Whiskas2 who asked: 'Porn Actors of Reddit, what is something The viewers REALLY don't know?'
What followed was a deluge of responses from curious enthusiasts and numerous industry insiders.

Unsurprisingly it appears that women largely fake orgasms during the movies but a lesser known fact is that men often do too.
Calvin Dehaze, a former porn producer, provided a wealth of behind-the-scenes information.
He wrote: "The women are faking it most of the time. We would try to cast couples or friends who are already intimate with each other."
Dehaze also revealed there is a huge gender pay gap within the industry - but women earn far more than their male counterparts.
One commenter wrote: "Women make WAY more then men, but their acts are itemised. Back in 2003, a girl could make $2,500 (£1,600) a scene depending on what she did. Men only made around $500 (£320)."
According to Dehaze, actors regularly improvise on set and films are rarely scripted.
