MEMOIRS: Vivien says she bedded Premier League player at brothel
Vivien Ward, 66, claims she bedded the Premier League player who was a frequent visitor to her brothel.
She said the married international star also had sex with many of her 28 call girls.
Vivien, herself a former WAG having married the late West Ham star Billy Walden, claimed she once saved the mystery footballer from being exposed by a Sunday newspaper.
She was offered £50,000 to hand over CCTV footage of him coming in and out of her knocking shop, called The Toucan, in Manchester.
But instead she tipped off the player’s manager who kept a lid on the scandal. Vivien does not name the star in her autobiography Eating From The Cherry Tree.
But her revelations have become the talk of WAGs across Britain.
An insider said: "Everyone is trying to guess who the footballer is and if it is their fella.
“The player must be quaking in his boots.A few entirely innocent blokes might be getting one or two suspicious looks, too”

"Vivien has made it clear she is talking about a big star. It really is shocking and upsetting for many of the WAGs.
"The player must be quaking in his boots.A few entirely innocent blokes might be getting one or two suspicious looks, too.’"
Vivien, who ran brothels for 35 years, only retired after The Toucan was raided by police in 2009 and she got a six-month suspended jail sentence.
She claims to have slept with more than 5,000 married men, including the footballer, and brags that her bedroom antics make Fifty Shades of Grey look boring.
She says: “I doubt if the star ever knew of the events that followed his visit to Toucan, and if he did he certainly kept quiet about it.”
But Vivien was disappointed that she never got a reward from the player’s manager, just a thank-you from his solicitor.
She also tells how she and husband Walden, who played for The Hammers in the 1970s and died in 1987, enjoyed wild orgies with both men and women.
