The band's latest electro-pop anthem is surging with synth lines and a hard, live drum groove. Above this, Haines notes of the many layers of modern life, "we got the sunshine, we got the shade/ I want it all." Juxtaposed within is the sight of a sweet kitten on a TV screen, surrounded by miles of junk.
Elsewhere, Haines enjoys a rooftop bath, bassist Joshua Winstead raises the roof with a Skeli-friend, and drummer Joules Scott-Key reveals he's got a smashing party trick up his sleeve. Guitarist James Shaw takes a stand against the pop world, it seems, as he holds up a flaming copy of a Billboard-mocking magazine called Bored.
