The mum who caused controversy with an online photo showing her breastfeeding her son and a friend's child has vowed to carry on.
Jessica Anne Colletti described the boys, aged 16 and 18 months, as "milk siblings" as she put the shot on Facebook to mark World Breastfeeding Week.
And while Jessica had more than 700 likes, she also received complaints.
But the 26-year-old has refused to back down.
She said: "It's normal for healthy women to nurse each other's babies when the mother can not be present."
And her actions have also been backed by the World Health Organisation, who said wet nursing was, after expressed milk, the best replacement for direct breastfeeding.
Jessica said she and her husband shared a home with the friend and her son.
She posted: "I watch her son while she works and have been feeding them both for a year.
"So much love between these milk siblings, it's a special bond between us all."
Supporter Julia Horberry responded: "Way to go Jessica.
"More needs to be done to encourage wet nursing."
However, disgusted Caroline Dean said: "Ewww.. why breastfeed someone else's child.
"Attention seeker.
"Just sick."
Tina Jarema added: "I would NEVER allow any woman to do this to one of my children."
