The 22-year-old is taking us through the before, during and after of her boob job, in an exclusive diary.
Marnie was left with horrific scarring in a botched boob job last year, and has told Daily Star Online she won't even show her boobs to "love of my life" Ricky Rayment.
She reveals the failed uplift made her more insecure than ever, adding: "I was left with uneven nipple size and really severe scarring underneath and around the nipples."
In a bid to fix the damage before walking down the aisle with former , newly-engaged Marnie will have a second op tomorrow.
In her first diary entry, she explains the reasons behind the initial boob job and her horror at the shocking results.

BAD BOOB JOB: Marnie Simpson shows scars from first op
Marnie's diary
A year ago, after going for a breast uplift, I was left with uneven nipple size and really severe scarring underneath and around the nipples, leaving me so insecure that I felt worse than I had beforehand.
I won't even show my boobs fully in front of Ricky, who is the love of my life. Ricky says he loves my body and doesn’t care, but I am always conscious that he might see my ugly scarring, which is stressful.
I have lived with it for a while, but I really want it put right for when we get married. I would love to think that I wouldn’t be self-conscious of my hideous scarring on our wedding night.

DAMAGE LIMITATION: Marnie hopes to lose scars with new surgery
Now, we are not getting wed for some time yet, but I love him so much and I want it to be just right for him.
My scarring is so bad that I can't wear certain materials, as you can see the raised scar through them. It's massively effecting my self-esteem and making me feel crap. I just want to be confident and go out without constantly worrying about it.
I love what I do, but being in the public eye can be really hard sometimes. I see pictures of myself all the time and this is always on my mind. I just really can't wait for this to be put behind me.

HOPING FOR HELP: Marnie wants to correct surgery mistakes before wedding night
My original reason for the uplift was that my breasts weren't what I considered normal for a 21-year-old. I was really unhappy with their shape and they were getting me down.
I never wanted big boobs, and I am still happy with the size they are now, so implants never crossed my mind and still don't. I just wanted them to be perky.
Unfortunately, I didn't do much research before my surgery and jumped straight in which was the wrong thing to do. It is only now I realise how important it is to find the right surgeon, so this time I'm not taking the same risks and have really done my research.

As a result, I've have chosen Sultan Hassan from Elite Surgical to do the corrective surgery. He was named Cosmetic Surgeon of the Year in the Good Surgeon Guide. He's an expert in reconstructive, breast, body contouring and cosmetic surgery, so I am in good hands, but I am still nervous.
This is so important to me. It could completely change how I feel about my breasts, which I hate at the moment, so I am putting off my fears of going under the knife.
Thank heavens I will have Ricky to look after me.
Watch this space for Marnie's updates later this week.

Top tips from Marnie’s surgeon, Mr Sultan Hassan.
If you are thinking of going under the knife yourself, the top cosmetic surgeon has some sound advice.
He said: "Cosmetic surgery is a serious undertaking that can have major life-changing implications both positive, but also negative. It is vital to see through all the hype, do your homework and not necessarily just opt for one of the first companies you see advertised."
Ten points to consider when choosing a cosmetic surgeon:
1. Check that your surgeon trained in reputable units in the UK.
2. Ask your surgeon if they are insured in the UK by one of the leading insurers such as the MDDUS, the MDU or the MPS.
3. Many overseas trained surgeons practice for private companies so ensure that they conform to the above criterion and has the highest minimum standards of surgical training.
4. Your cosmetic surgeon should hold the qualification allowing him/her to use FRCS (Plast) after their name.
5. Check your Consultant Plastic Surgeon is not only on the GMC Register (as all UK practicing doctors have to be) but that also on the GMC Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery, this can be checked online.
6. Write a list of questions and take along a close friend or family member to your consultation as you will be given lots of information. An average new patient consultation often takes around an hour. Never be rushed or feel rushed.
7. We advise a two week “cooling off period” before any surgery can be arranged, which gives time to clarify any additional questions or concerns that may arise.
8. Surgery is not an exact science and sometimes complications can occur, so ensure that your surgeon explains in clear terms what your aftercare includes and for how long so that you do not end up with an unexpected bill!
9.Insist on speaking to previous patients rather than just seeing pre and postop photographs. Who is better to give an honest account of their patient journey than a previous patient?
10. Reputable practices will offer aftercare packages as part of your surgery; anything from 28 days to 3 years, occasionally backed by an insurance policy. Ask about this.
