But it seems the 30-year-old hasn't stopped her wild partying just yet.
The mum-of-two is now involved in a new scandal, after a video was posted to her Snapchat of what appears to be a man waving a small bag of white powder at London's Notting Hill Carnival.
The man in the video can be seen dancing while holding the small bag and the woman filming the video can be heard shouting: "What have you got in your hand?"
It is not clear who asks the question, or who filmed the video and uploaded it to her account.
Though the singer did caption the video with an emoji of a girl with her arms crossed and the word: "Drugs."
In an earlier post, the 22 singer said: "I’m so excited I’m going to go to sleep in my carnival T-shirt..."
Lily posted a series of Carnival-related tweets throughout the day, one of which included a photo showing the singer drinking a bottle of beer in the middle of the road.
The Sheezus singer has previously been open about her use of drugs, refusing to apologise for it and said that the criticism she received was "unjust".
Back in 2009, she said: "I've taken drugs. I found them and find them fun and I don't think i'm a bad person because of it.
"I think as long as you’re not being malicious and you’re not hurting people then you should not be ashamed of what you do."
Rumours have circulated that her hard partying lifestyle has led to distance between the singer and her close friends, and even her husband Sam Cooper.
After friends claimed the marriage of four years was in crisis, she sarcastically tweeted: "To any of my friends concerned about my wellbeing and the state of my marriage, please call me, I don’t check my messages in the Sun."
