Leaving Doug to do the heavy lifting, Miss Stodden hung out the window to presumably shout instructions and wince as valuables were man-handled.

Unfortunately, the weight of Courtney's bosom was just too much for her top to bear, and her boobs poked out of the straps as she leaned out the window.
