A transsexual prompted a blazing row involving White Dee and her manager after he refused to let her audition for a new all girl supergroup as she "had a c**k."
Model Tiffany-Rose Davies, who has been living as a woman since the age of 17, said she felt "devastated and humiliated" following her experience at an audition for Office Girls at the Box Office, in Birmingham city centre.
White Dee, real name Deirdre Kelly, is a judge on the new TV X Factor-style show and jumped to her defence after Barry Tomes told her she couldn't audition.
Tiffany-Rose, aged 23, from Birmingham, said: "I went along to the audition and I was just about to have my photograph taken and go in front of the judges when Barry took me aside and said I couldn't audition as I had a 'c**k.'
"I couldn't believe what he said to me. I have been living as a woman since the age of 17 and I am currently receiving hormone treatment. I am due to have breast augmentation and a sex change operation next year.
"White Dee came to my defence and had a blazing row with Barry. The judges still wanted me to audition but by this stage I was just too upset.
"I was devastated and totally humiliated and left."

Mr Tomes, who has managed White Dee since she rose to fame on Channel 4 show Benefits Street, was working as floor manager vetting hopefuls on the day.
He admitted he stopped Tiffany-Rose taking part as he feared he would lose £500,000 in sponsorship if backers discovered he had put Tiffany-Rose in the group.
He said: "I admit I took her to one side and told her she couldn't take part as she had a 'd'.
"If she had the operation she could have auditioned. But I had a word with some of the other girls as well and they weren't comfortable with it.
"The show is searching for a new female supergroup - men can't enter. If she has the operation in the future and we run a similar competition then fine she can enter.
"But until then it is a no-goer. White Dee always favours the underdog and she came to Tiffany-Rose's defence.
"The row lasted three hours and upset the auditions for the rest of the day. But I stand by my decision."

Mr Tomes has even taken to Facebook as the row escalated where he posted "I make no apologies here. If you have a d you can't audition for a girl band."
He told the Sunday Mercury he has been at the forefront of Birmingham Pride for nearly four decades and had great friends in the gay community.
He said: "I have been part of the organisation of Gay Pride for 39 years. This is not a case of me being homophobic or discriminating in any way but rules are rules. We are searching for a female supergroup and men can't take part."
