 ‘FACTS’ IN NEW VIDEO

The East Manna Man, Newham based creative Eklipse, returns with a brand new music video to his latest drop, aptly titled, Facts. Following the release of his East Manna Man EP in 2017 and building a strong fan base, Eklipse is back with a new release of straight facts – a reflection of his unique and somewhat eclectic style. He is the true definition of a Grime MC.
The East London rapper became notorious for his naturally rough round the edges attitude in his delivery  and very to the point, transparent content, over the years, as he continues to offer up fresh heat for the streets while simultaneously never being scared of sounding too raw.
His new offering showcase a beat produced by Earbuds, with whom he has previously worked with on tracks on his 2017 East Manna Man project. The music video compliments the vibe of the song perfectly. Directed by James Essery and with Stephen Ancell being Director Of Photography, the video catches Eklipse in an evening scenario back in endz, sporting a Too Rare To Die bomber jacket and casually killing the smooth yet intense sounding beat.
Eklipse is definitely an underground heavyweight and his work rate is always on point. Make sure you watch the video above and let us know what you think in the comments section or via our socials.

‘PHOTOGRAPHS’

MC Professor Green has released emotional visuals for single ‘Photographs’, featuring Rag’n’Bone Man.
The video, directed by Simon Emmett, came after Green called on fans to share photos of their loved ones they had lost and share their stories with the hashtags #wishthatitookmorephotosofus. The response was huge and some of the fans were actually featured in the video, which made the song even more powerful due to the real-life stories.
The emotion-fueled video begins with 2 people telling their stories about the death of loved ones. The visuals proceed with a continuous slideshow of pictures behind Green as he tells us how he wished he had taken more pictures with his loved ones, and how a lack of pictures can leave you with regret as he wishes ‘he has something to hold on to’. We feel every ounce of his grief in the video as the track touches on heavy topics like addiction and death.
Green has launched a petition on Change.org, calling on the government to implement a ‘national grief day’, alongside Crus Bereavement Care, which will allow people a specific day devoted to the pain of grief and allow people to publically mourn on this day. The day would educate society on how grief and mourning, and how grief can have an effect on people.
