I can’t remember the last time I watched Tosh.0. Maybe I grew tired of him or I just didn’t find the show that funny anymore, but knowing that Charlotte McKinney appeared in a bikini on an episode, it might be time to start watching again – for one episode anyway.

In the twenty questions interview I just did with August Ames this week, Ames said that this--Chris Streams Productions/Jules Jordan Video's "Oil Overload 12"-- is a "must-own" DVD for her fans.  Uh, yeah!  This scene rules!  Manuel Ferrara is a fine as wine fuck and Ames' nice natural boobs look fabulous oiled down.

The 69-year-old singer-songwriter, who's the lead singer of the new wave and punk rock band Blondie, has revealed she narrowly avoided personal tragedy before she found fame.

She recalled: "It was two or three in the morning and I couldn't find a cab. A car kept coming round and offering me a ride, so I accepted. Once in the car I noticed there were no door handles on the inside, which made me wary.

"I don't know how, but I managed to put my hand through the window and open the door from the outside."

Harry said the driver swerved to stop her escaping from the vehicle but that gave her the momentum to hurl herself from the moving car.

The entertainer was shaken by the incident, but didn't think a massive amount about it after getting over the initial shock of being attacked.

Years later, however, she saw the driver on the news - and it was Ted Bundy, the serial killer who confessed to murdering at least 30 women.

She told the Sunday Telegraph newspaper: "I always say my instincts saved me."

ANTEMASQUE threw BOILING WATER at crowd

At a recent heavy metal festival in New Zealand, Antemasque frontman Cedric Bixler Zavala allegedly threw boiling hot water into the audience, injuring a few fans in the front row.

The incident allegedly took place during Antemasque’s set at Westfest on Tuesday. Now in its second year, Westfest was held at Auckland’s Mount Smart Stadium, and featured Fall Out Boy, Soundgarden, and Faith No More. And, the festival attracted some 10,000 fans, The New Zealand Herald reported.

Fans in attendance contacted The New Zealand Herald to share their recollections of the incident, in which Bixler Zavala hurled a plastic kettle into the front row. One festival goer, Hugh Smith, told The Herald via email that he and his friends were in the front row and bore “the full brunt” of the “boiling hot” liquid that was thrown before the punk-rock band took to the stage for their mid-afternoon set.

“Cedric threw a plastic kettle full of boiling hot water towards me and my friends,” he said in an email to the Herald. “We were standing about four-five metres back. I threw my hand up to catch it before it collided with my friend’s face … this bruised my hand and then splashed hot water all over him and my face. It bloody hurt. My friend’s arm went all burny pink.”

Another Westfest attendee, who was not identified by name in the piece that ran in The Herald, stated that the liquid was steaming.

“The singer had a full jug of recently boiled water on one of the risers, which was obviously for him to drink, but maybe it was too hot, or maybe he just felt like throwing it anyway. He hurled it into the crowd and [it definitely] looked like some people got burnt as steam was coming off the water as it went through the air. It landed near us and an audience member picked it up and waved it around for the rest of their set, which must have been 15 minutes tops,” the unnamed attendee told The Herald.

Another male attendee, who asked not to be named, told The Herald, “Something whizzed over my shoulder and into the crowd behind me. I didn’t see what the object was but other punters and I were splashed with hot water, or hot coffee, as it flew by. It wasn’t scalding hot, but it was hot. I didn’t get the lion’s share of the splash,
I got it on my face and down my right arm.”

The man did not seek medical attention, following the splash, and choose to stay until the end of Antemasque’s performance. He told The Herald that Bixler Zavala seemed very agitated. And, photos have emerged of the singer throwing other items, including speaker stacks, instrument cases, and his microphone stand, which came to on the grass between the stage and the audience.

“Every time he picked something up I was like, ‘Is he going to throw that? You just knew he was pissed off.”

Video footage has emerged of Bixler Zavala throwing the kettle.

Lastly, a spokesman for Westfest told The Herald that festival is investigating the incident, and added that the band’s management had requested the story not be published.

KIMBRA making a return!

Electropop and R&B artist Kimbra will perform at El Rey Theatre April 9 to promote her second album released last year, The Golden Echo. The 24-year old from New Zealand may be young but she has enough accolades to prove her talent. In 2011, she won Best Female Artist by the Australian Recording Industry Association and the New Zealand Music Awards Critic’s Choice Award the same year.

Kimbra has released two albums to date. The first album, Vows, reached #3 on the Australian ARIA charts and her second album reached #5 on the same chart. She was also featured on Gotye’s 2011 release Making Mirrors on the song “Somebody That I Used to Know,” receiving a Grammy for Record of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance becoming only the third New Zealand born singer to ever win a Grammy.

AARADHNA "Hell NO, it ain't like Rihanna"

The intricate patterns that trickle down her hands have huge significance to Kiwi singer Aaradhna.

So having them compared to another high-profile singer's tattoo was a tad annoying, she admits.

"I was at a bar and the bartender said to me: 'Oh, I love your tattoos'.

"I thought that was okay, but then she said: 'They look like Rihanna's hand tattoo'. I was like: 'Oh hell no'."

Aaradhna, who grew up in Wellington, has had a number of tattoos done over the past few years. On her arm she has a colourful creation that includes birds and hearts and which she dubs "old school" ink. At the centre are her parents' names: mother Sia'a and father Jayanti Patel.

"I just wanted to get it. I thought my dad would go crazy but he was fine - so I thought: 'Okay, I'm gonna get some more, then'."

Her next tattoo, on her neck, was done in Romania while she and her partner lived there. It incorporates her Indian heritage, on her father's side.

That tattoo led to the striking henna-inspired 

designs on her hands which were inked by well-known tattooist to Kiwi celebrities and sports stars, Andy Tauafiafi, of Taupou Tatau.

Aaradhna decided to pay tribute to not only her Indian heritage, but also her Polynesian background - through her mother - and had Polynesian designs woven into her henna-inspired hand tattoos.

"I've been trying to get something that represents both of my cultures just to show that I'm proud of both. I always walk around proud with this on. And it's not like I can hide it - I'd probably have to put on some gloves," she says, laughing.

Each hand took almost five hours to complete. They had her favourite R&B songs playing to try to take her mind off the pain. "The worst was getting to the fingertips. There are just little lines there but it felt like someone was stabbing them over and over. Then the knuckles ... oh my gosh." Vaimoana Tapaleao.

VINCE KIDD meets Hollaphonic

UAE electronic music duo Hollaphonic - MC Olly Wood and Dubai house pioneer DJ Greg Stainer - have just dropped their fifth single release.

The second single from the highly-anticipated debut LP Personal Space, Dangerous is a collaboration with London vocalist Vince Kidd, a former The Voice UK finalist and protege of Jesse J.  It's the next step in an already historic journey for Hollaphonic, who are the first dance duo from the Middle East to be signed by a major record label, the first ME act to be featured on MTV Dance and a former Ahlan! Hot 100 entrant. 

"This song, for us, feels like the opening of a new chapter in the sound of Hollaphonic.
