Katarina Keen, a stunning blonde yogini, decided to ditch the yoga pants and lycra tops in search of a more liberating experience.
“Performing yoga nude enables one to feel free, open and unrestrained in movements and meditations, and able to experience pristine natural surroundings without barriers or restrictions,” the 23-year-old wrote in the video’s description.

The short clip acts as a trailer for a full-length hour-long lesson from Katarina, walking viewers through a variety of traditional poses.
She continues: “Stripped down to the bare elements, this is a contemporary variation on traditional Eastern Yoga discipline in providing inner peace, strength, flexibility, to stimulate and enhance a healthy awareness of one's body.”
And with almost 200,000 views on her most recent upload, viewers clearly approve of her unique take on the activity.

The clip comes as a renegade baker also decided to ditch her clothes – this time in the kitchen, as she taught viewers how to bake a delicious cheesy bread snack.
