A Marion County teenager at the center of a murder investigation will begin her new trial Monday.
Last year, the U.S. Appeals Court ruled that Amber Wright was not read her rights before an interview with investigators. The interview was later used at her trial.
In 2011, Wright was accused of luring her boyfriend Seath Jackson, 15, to a home in Summerfield. Investigators say Jackson was then shot multiple times by 21-year-old Michael Bargo. The group then burned Jackson's body in a fire pit and disposed of the ashes by putting them in paint cans and dumping them in a quarry.
In 2012, a jury sentenced Wright and three other teens to life in prison for the murder of Jackson. Michael Bargo was sentenced to death,
