#12World’s S1 and Sav12 join forces once again as they give us a brand-new visual to their latest track entitled Waist & Up. The West London drill artists have both made a real name for themselves and are being recognised as a very strong duo, as they generally put out tracks together.

Their work rate has also been on another level in 2018, consistently putting out music and visuals to go with it since January, having racked up over 2 million views altogether from tracks like This Beef Can’t Settle, RISK, Menaces 2 Society, and much more.

The JXYDXN shot visual sees s1 and Sav12 on the estate, as S1 kicks it off with his jumpy and enthusiastic flow that is most certainly becoming his trademark now, making sure to throw in a few gun lean dances and subtle adlibs to add emphasis to the cruddy bars he spits. Sav12 then follows up with a strong verse of his own, delivering his impactful and distinctive voice over a cold beat produced by HL8. At the rate these two are delivering, I’m sure it won’t be too long until we see them in a Mad About Bars session.

Safone joins forces with fellow West Midlands artist Luke Truth in a brand-new video for his latest track entitled 100 Hands Praying Emoji. The SVMI directed visual sees a load of eye-catching drone shots, as Safone wastes no time on this track getting straight to the point from the first bar where he says, “I ain’t got no love for feds, they kicked my door and took the jewels”, as he continues to deliver nothing but that real rap for the rest of the verse.

Music producer and multi-genre vocalist Luke Truth then comes in to give the track a different edge with a chorus that echoes all the points raised in Safones’ previous verse. When the video concludes following Safones’ second verse, we then see a short skit (which was previously released on his channel a few days ago) showing a news broadcast announcing that his headline show has been cancelled. Safone then interrupts the broadcast to let everyone know that he is launching the first Grime/Hip-hop pay-per-view show at a secret location, allowing viewers to stream worldwide.

My name is Sebastian Finkle and...How do I put this?...I am a FILM CRITIC. I was asked to do a review for this pathetic excuse for a blog show. Whoever is reading this, I want you to know, I've lost all respect for you as a human being. Now...on to the movie. SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY.


You see, film is a precious thing to worship in it's own way. And when YOU mouth breathers go to see great works of art, YOU can't possibly appreciate it the way a critic can.


SOLO was the title character, however, our film was about the women in our story. The women were the hero from beginning until the end. There was a suicide for the greater cause, a sacrifice of soul, a mission for equality, and a consequence of circumstance. Simply marvelous...


Oh yes, I forgot. They almost left out the part of the movie where it actually became Star Wars and showed the audience a Light Saber and some magic for the rest of YOU PEOPLE who paid for a Star Wars movie without all that other garbage for film critics to enjoy.

Jevon - "Redemption"

Quietly working on his latest drop, Redemption, UK rapper Jevon has used his talents to express contemporary music, enhancing the new wave of the UK scene. The word ‘Redemption’ itself is the process of saving one from sin, Jevon reflects this idea in his latest track.

The artist draws on his past obstacles and experiences and incorporates them into his song, which could potentially be a theme on his upcoming project that is due to land later this summer.

Additionally, throughout the song the instrumental shares a gospel ambience over English rap. The lyricism expressed within also describes his thoughts, including a range of biblical references like describing himself as “The chosen one like Mary and Joseph’s son”.

The XL producer reportedly admitted: “I wanted to make something that felt epic, like the bad guy in the movie you thought was dead but returns in the sequel.” The release of his first track is a taster of what is more to come from the album.

Being from a multicultural background of Brazilian, Filipino and Jamaican – the combination of identities are shown throughout his music which is different to most artists working alongside the Uk Rap and RnB genre.

On the younger side of the music industry, we see Dis comeback to release ‘Snapchat’.

Dis, part of GBRecordsLondon releases new visuals out and about within London. Aesthetically matching her graphic jumper to her surroundings within the video, the flow of the song isn’t the only catchy thing around.

Being classed as a golden child within the UK female rapper scene, @Prettylikemuni isn’t stopping any time soon.
