Brixton, South London based, 150 rapper S Wavey links up with Deekay and Greedy to bring us the brand new music video to their jumpy joint effort, Let Me Know. As S Wavey slowly transitions away from the UK Drill music we best know him for he continues to bring us different feels and interesting collaborations that maybe wouldn’t have made as much sense as they’re making right now.
Let Me Know is definitely one of those anthemic UK Trap songs with that very dope jumpy vibe that can be played in many different occasions and arenas – displaying S Wavey’s newly found versatility that seemingly laid dormant for a number of years when the rapper wasn’t taking music as seriously as he is now.
the trio involved are all about money and they make that very clear in this new drop, with the chorus leading the charge in terms of the narrative and the verses filling in any gaps. This one is just what the doctor ordered in terms of vibe and is definitely a step up from the last couple of releases – showing S Wavey’s clear progression in the past few months as he continues to grow musically right in front of our eyes.
With the return of Grizzy in full effect at the moment, a collaboration between the two would be a welcomed one, off the back of the flurry of songs Wavey seems to be hitting us with recently – that would more than likely be one of the more anticipated efforts the fans would definitely rush to if it were to be announced.
