Rapman returns once again, with a brand-new, powerful visual for his latest track entitled ‘Shiro’s Story’, launched right here on Link Up TV. Now, if you know Rapman, then you know he always brings forth a message within his storytelling Rap-tales, and this is one of his most extensive.
The visual comes courtesy of Aukes, and sees the main character Shiro (Joivan Wade) dealing with an issue that many of today’s youth may deal with to some degree. Shiro works a normal 9-5 job in retail, however, gets approached by a wealthy drug lord who sees his potential in becoming a dealer. He keeps the supermarket job as a cover-up, but takes the offer and brings in his best friend (Percelle Ascott) in on some of the work also, as the quick cash made is much more than what he is making at the supermarket.
His only motivation was to provide for his family, move out of London and give them the life everyone aspires to live. However, when he decides that his work is done and makes the decision to stop selling drugs, things go pear-shaped and don’t exactly go as planned.
Check out the visual above to find out what happens…
