Beach are a group of five friends, five collaborators, from Dublin.
Part of the city's teeming music scene, their intensely creative songwriting veers from extremes of shade and light.
Shifting from sparse post-punk to lush psychedelia, the deeply independent group are slowly refining their sound.
New cut 'Donuts' is both part of this process, and evidence of how far they have come. Airing first on Pirate Radio, songwriter Dave Barrett explains:
“They are about a really fucked up out of body experience I had where I transcended into a spiritual dimension. For quite some time I thought I was dead in the physical world.”
