Euphoric London Singer-songwriter/Producer NYNA(Genesis Kane), releases her first original remix from her upcoming debut EP – entitled ‘Silence’.
NYNA is a self proclaimed member of the ‘New Pop Revolution’, with fans of her music describing it as ‘beautifully dark’ – as she fuses an intriguing concoction consisting of: smoky vocals, haunting vibes and Hi-fi, Hip hop influenced drums.

Though the original version of ‘Closer’ may be a little darker – and reveal a little more of NYNA’s intended sound; the Drum and Bass adaptation – ‘Closer (remix)’ still harbours that eery, haunting sound, with an open concept that has the depth to take the listener on an incredible journey.
The song itself, can be interpreted in a a number of different ways, but the video depicts an intriguing dynamic between NYNA and her inner self.
The West London artist is relentlessly haunted by her alter ego as she attempts to find her way, hearing the echoes of her own voice following her at every turn.
NYNA’s Debut EP ‘Silence’ is expected to be released this Autumn. It will deliver an intelligent blend of edgy Pop songwriting and experimental house music. It definitely looks like there’s a lot to look forward to in the future from the rising star.
