A former glamour model says she has been banned from a fundraising site for offering donors a rather adult thank you.
Single mum-of-two Tracy Kiss said she was “shocked” when she was barred from GoFundMe after posting a topless picture with strategically placed hearts.
The 27-year-old full-time blogger, from Wendover, Bucks, was also offering an X-rated “thank you” snap to those who gave £10 or more before she was booted off the site.
She said: “I was shocked when GoFundMe closed my fundraising page because of my controversial photo content violating their terms and conditions, which was a single topless photo that I'd censored by emoji hearts so didn't actually expose anything.
“Bearing in mind a 12-rating in the cinema allows children to view topless images and nudity and simulate sex and violence; I presume the majority of the public using donation sites are well above the age of 12."
“Charity shows such as The Full Monty and Calendar Girls showing men, women and pensioners stripping for charity is well received by the public," she continued.
Miss Kiss – her real name – said she will still be giving away topless shots to those who give money as she aims to raise £10,000 for a string of charities that support good causes including disabled people, sick children and firefighters.
She said she is hoping to include charities suggested by the donors.
“I don't mind the motive that people have for giving donations, I'm just humbled that they do," she continued. "So long as people keep donating I'm happy to keep the pictures coming because it's for so many worthwhile causes.”
She had raised more than £1,000 when she was kicked off GoFundMe but has transferred these pledges to YouCaring and now netted more than £2,500.
GoFundMe said they would not comment on individual cases.
