London based rapper and bud enthusiast Stoner has been around for a few years now and has worked with rappers such as Mikes Roddy, 410’s Syikes and Sho Shallow, garnering a bigger following as he follows up from 2017’s ‘Blind But Breathing‘ project. He has continued to pick up momentum this year following past features on songs with K Koke (Away), Black The Ripper (Doe, Cough a Lung up) and his most recent release in May. Titled ‘Company‘, another song that displays his comfort with wordplay around weed on base heavy beats. This time around, he has dropped the video for his latest effort ‘Bud Doctor’.
Directed by Zach Grav and Scott Harvey, this smokey visual finds Stoner between a warehouse and being posted up on the block with his boys, smoking the loudest as he gives props to his plug on this brief, booming effort. He raps about the pink buds that his ‘bud doctor’ provides, displays loose wordplay about money growing on trees and what papers he uses on this one. This is his second release this year, we will have to wait a while to see what Stoner will follow this effort up with.
