Baseman’s sound is so unique and is certainly Strictly Wavey Music, from Bands to Bad Habits the waves that Baseman vibrates is something so different, carrying a more relaxed vibe and a more chill demeanour.
Run To It doesn’t fall far from the high expectations I have from this calm rapper that fused singing with his raspy voice, he’s out done himself again. Run To It talks about how determined Baseman is to get to where he wants to be without distractions. He only sees money and the ‘booth’ as that’s what’s going to make him blow. We see this demonstrated in the visuals where there are shots of lavish stores as Baseman is dressed in the latest designer garms. He’s also seen chilling at a shisha spot with models and his friends.
Baseman gives off a flow that can not be replicated, not only does he sing and rap but his voice is what gives every song of his something special. Run To It doesn’t fall far from the tree, he’s done it again.
