The man who wants JAMIE FOXX dead

He's had his fair share of problems of late and now Columbus Short's ex-girlfriend Agostina Laneri has claimed the Scandal actor 'threatened to kill Jamie Foxx.'
According to TMZ, Laneri got a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend last week, after claiming he was emotionally abusive to her and physically abusive to her child.
She also claims that Columbus told her, 'If I choose to kill one of these n****s ... I will do that. I'm that crazy n**** that will be on the news as the n**** that murked [murdered] Jamie Foxx.'

She says he then went on, 'Y'all should be very afraid. Very afraid.'

Agostina also claims Columbus hit her child, justifying it by saying the boy needed to learn, adding he once told her 'Don't forget who I am. I have a knife.'
The site reports that the star has been ordered to stay 100 yards clear of her and her son. MailOnline has contacted a spokesperson for Columbus Short for comment.
The actor recently revealed he has struggled with drug and alcohol use.

The 32-year-old got into a number of legal dramas this year, including charges of public intoxication and a felony battery, and now the actor has blamed his behaviour on his use of the drug cocaine.
'I'll be candid, I was struggling with drugs,' Short told Access Hollywood.
'I had a lot on my plate, and you know, I was using unhealthy ways to kind of self-medicate and deal with a lot of heavy duty stuff in my life...'
Adding: 'I was doing cocaine and drinking a lot, and trying to balance a 16-hour work schedule a day, and a family, and I just lost myself back then.'
He also credits his Scandal co-stars, and show creator Shonda Rhimes with helping him try and stay on the straight and narrow.

'And if we’re going to be fully transparent, they protected me and they held me down. And that was one of the real reasons – they just wanted me to get my stuff together.'
'Sometimes the bottom has to be dropped out for you to really get it. So I moved to Atlanta. I’ve been living there for the last five months, five-and-a-half months, and it’s just been great. It’s been life-changing.'
He also appeared to be hopeful about a possible return to show.
He said: 'I'm really ready to get back to work,'
'As far as Shonda's shows, I would love nothing more to go back to Scandal. It's my family.'
