The 48-year-old wrapped up in her usual eccentric style, pairing a tartan dress with a tracksuit top.
Adding a long black coat for extra warmth, Helena accessorized with walking boots and black football-style socks.
The newly single actress carried a brown handbag as she stepped out in London.
With her long red-brown mane blowing in the wind, the star went make-up free to run errands in the city.
Yesterday a photograph of the star straddling a huge tuna emerged.
The bizarre picture was for a worthy cause – to highlight the affect overfishing has on ocean life.
Laying herself bare, the stunning star gripped the fish between her knees and held it delicately for the photograph.
Speaking about the shoot, Helena said: "I'm actually very phobic about fish so when Greta [Scacchi] asked me to be photographed naked with a 27kg tuna I was more worried about touching it than getting my kit off.
"Having said that, I conquered my fears and by the end of the morning we’d truly bonded. He will be my Valentine."
It's the first time Helena's posed for a shoot since her split from Tim in late December.
According to reports, both Tim and Helena have "had other lovers" since splitting up and are happy with the situation.
A source told The New York Post's Page Six: "Tim and Helena have been living separate lives for [more than] a year, and since they separated, they have both had other lovers.
"The separation announcement was made saying they'd split earlier this year, but they have been living apart for much longer."
The insider added: "Both parties are happy with the situation. It is perfectly amicable."
