Morrisson makes a strong return with his brand-new track entitled Shots.
It’s been a while since we’ve heard new music from Morrisson, who usually takes hiatuses between releases, but, again, he’s come back stronger than he did the last time.
With M1 On The Beat, Shots is a serious track which sees Morrisson deliver raw and straight-forward lyrics that detail his life experiences. Although the lyrics are direct, he still manages to add wavy elements in the hook, making it a catchy track.
Directed by Myles Suave, the Shots visuals are cinematic and clean-cut. There are a number of different scenes, carefully edited together, which capture Morrisson on the block with his peers and in some serious solo shots. There are also cameos that you may recognise from Smokeboys.
