K Trap is one of the biggest artists in UK drill. K Trap is a rapper that comes from Gipsy Hill, Norwood (SE19) in London. The artist is famed for his hit songs “Paper Planes” and “Watching”. His cousin is fellow artist Bis from Harlem Spartans and is friends with fellow rapper Mischief, who is from his ends as well. His latest album “The Re-Up” was released after much anticipation in 2018. The album contains numerous bangers including Edgware Road featuring LD, Easy Sport featuring Loski, etc. This album was considered to be one of the best offerings from UK Drill this year.
He has finally released the visual for the song “The Re Up”, from the same titled album. Lyrics like “Only mummy and the plug be on speed dial” highlight how K Trap is genuinely only focused on his craft and making money, so he has little time for anyone. The focus on grinding hard for his money is emphasised by the rapper in lyrics such as “Calamari or a crab salad”, showcasing the luxurious lifestyle he likes to lead. This is shown in the visual by the expensive cars, clothes and jewellery.
