Is there an Alabama TERRORIST?

Birmingham police and fire are on the scene of a suspicious package at the Social Security Administration building downtown.
Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service Battalion Chief C.W. Mardis said authorities responded to building at 1200 Reverend Abraham Woods Jr. Boulevard at 7:45 a.m. after a security guard noticed the package on the loading dock.
The package is a clear bag with note paper inside, or attached to it. Security locked down the loading, but the building has not been evacuated, Mardis said.
Authorities remain on the scene, including hazardous materials experts and ADEM.
It is the second time in just over a month authorities have responded to a suspicious package there. Birmingham police and fire on Feb. 15 investigated a report that a black book bag was left on the ramp.
