Long standing Birmingham MC, Sox, has been widely labelled as one of the best MC’s in the Grime scene for some years now, and after building a strong reptutation in his teens, the talented lyricist has served up another reminder as to why he is rated so highly.
Just two months ago the 0121 talent teamed up fellow Midlands based platform, JDZ Media, for a cold ‘Platinum Edition’ freestyle which sparked up a immediate buzz around his name again, and what better way to build on that and kick off the new year than to drop more content.
This new drop see’s Sox feature on JDZ again and this time round it is a ‘Diamond Edition’ freestyle. As per usual he goes hard with the bars, and delivers his distinct unique flows over a gritty production.
