The Last Skeptik has dropped a music video that can only be described as film like. The song features Kojey Radical and Takura.
It is shot by Shawn Butcher, the same man who just directed Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty Campaign video.
The music video is broken down into three acts, the first ‘protasis’, second ‘epitasis’ and thirdly ‘catastrophe’.
I love this song, it is powerful, foreboding and the production is smooth. The lyrics are dark and ominous, the words ‘be careful what you wish for’ being constantly repeated and the word ‘Trouble’; the mysterious and cinematic video parallels with the track well.
