The pornstar-turned-Bollywood heroine must be truly disappointed with this news, after all everybody knows how much the Ek Paheli Leela actress has been trying to shed her adult star image!
Sunny Leone’s ‘family entertainer’ starring Ram Kapoor, Kuch Kuch Locha Hai got an ‘A’ certificate from the Censor Board. Now this might not be a surprise for many, but the actors and makers feel majorly let down. So far all Sunny’s films have been promoted as ‘hot’ and ‘steamy’ Bollywood films, but filmmaker Devang Dholakia wanted to draw in more crowds with this ‘family entertainer’. With Sunny in the film we don’t know if it will be accepted as a movie that kids and parents can watch together. At least not with the current lot of films that the actress has to her credit. Buzz is that the Censors despite being amidst many controversies decided to go ahead and give Ms Leone’s movie adult rating.
While Sunny plays a sexy seductress in the film, it also features telly lands one of favourite stars Ram Kapoor. And the movie has some striking resemblance to Salman Khan , Anil Kapoor and Bipasha Basu starrer Anees Bazmi film No Entry. However, when the movie was showed to the censor board members they seemed to have found Sunny’s bikini avatars a little too bold for U/A viewing. Hence Sunny’s plans to cater to a more larger audience is quashed as of now.
