South London based UK Drill group 86 are back with 4/6 of their members, Gunna Grimes, Scrams, Stampface and ZN with a brand new video release to Function.
The new set of visuals shot by LAH Media, sets in a paintballing ground, representing the violent streets they talk about in their music. The video is similarly styled to the previous OFB video 8 Bar, which was released earlier this year. One could argue that 86 copied their theme, however after a recent alliance was established between the two groups with the release of the track Badness by RV and Headie One featuring 86’s T Mulla, this similar styled video should in fact probably be seen as a form of respect towards their video style and a further establishment of friendship.
What’s really on everyone’s mind however, is where are the rest of the members? Well, T Mulla was unable to make it to the video shoot and Baby R is currently ‘on an involuntary holiday’, possibly soon to be return. The new track was dropped right in time for fans to become familiar with it before the upcoming Trapped Between The Two UK tour, which takes place in January.
