JOSIN - 'Oceans Wait'

*VIVID RADIO is on the air*
Josin

JOSIN was born into music.
The newcomer's parents are opera singers, with her approach to pop music informed by her experience outwith this world.
Bold and extremely brave songwriting, debut EP 'Oceans Wait' marks JOSIN out as someone rather different.
The title cut is online now, with her rich, evocative songwriting set to find a warm home in Swedish label Dumont Dumont.
The accompanying visuals are extremely dramatic, a literal journey into the depths featuring record-breaking freediver Adam Stern.
The footage was shot in Dominica, Soufriere Bay, by Jonathan Sunnex, Frederick Cocchiarella and Adam Stern himself, and deftly echo the lyrics of the song.
Josin explains: "The song was written early 2016 and is about the journey to the unknown. The lyrics grew out of the notion of this life as a relentless process, a riddle of million parts - and that sometimes you can´t repair your own despair and that´s maybe the point where you should start to getting yourself to the unsafe to be saved. For me, freedive was the only one way to display 'Oceans Wait' and to transport the idea of the journey of being in free fall."
