Fredo and Blade Brown have finally dropped the brand new set of visuals for Pulling Up, and they are certainly worth the wait.
Fredo has garnered immense exposure since the release of They Ain’t 100; following it up with a constant stream of solid tracks, dropping Trapspot, shortly after and Pattern Gang, in December.
Fredo has even found time to drop his first project, Get Rich or Get Recalled, which Pulling Up is taken from, all of this is even more impressive when considering that the HRB rapper has spent time in jail over the past year. He definitely is a man on a mission, during his run he has received a lot of attention, with even Drake showing him love following his return.
As for Blade Brown, he’s been a staple in the game for many years, with some of his biggest tracks dating back over half a decade. A couple of years back, for example, the remix of Fekky’s Ring Ring Trap, dropped in 2012 and Never See You There featuring Skepta dropping back in 2014 are testament to hi stature.
Recently, Blade Brown has been providing support on Giggs’ first UK tour and dropping big tracks like Plug Talk and starting his own clothing line BXB (with his bomber jacket that appears in the video being on the Link Up store).
The track itself, obviously has been out a couple months, so no real surprises here, as both Fredo and Blade Brown go back to back, impressively hard on this one. Both shout out their extravagant lifestyles and their ability to constantly grind – with Fredo’s opening bar being “while you was doing Netflix and chill, I was doing z flips and deals”. With the hook also being testament to his lifestyle saying “we’re pulling up in foreign cars these ain’t no A3s”. After the hook, Blade Brown steps up for his verse, taking a more subtle approach, with the track finishing with another rendition of the hook from Fredo.
As for the video – directed by KIRX, it shows Fredo and Blade Brown enjoying the finer things in life, enjoying trips to both Sloane Square and Hatton Gardens, eating in Novikov and looking to buy some watches, you will definitely be jealous of their lifestyle after seeing this video, as both are clearly flexing on everyone.
This is definitely a must watch video (not for those that will get too jealous) as it will certainly have you wanting to enjoy all the things Blade Brown and Fredo are getting up to, and obviously the track is a banger.
