“Madeleine and I have perhaps the closest relationship of any model I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve shot with her more than anyone else – for that reason we wanted to explore a new angle. So we got even closer. This is an all film set that isn’t particularly graphic or revealing, but is vulnerable in other ways, mostly in proximity. Being so physically near each other can be unnerving… but it’s worth it to discover the beautiful little nuances one can only truly see up close.”
