"Come on our girls?"

*Warning: PIRATE RADIO presentation*

There's nothing that makes a nation swell with pride more than seeing their sports team perform on a global stage. It brings people together, uniting them despite their differences, and making them feel as if their petty problems can be placed to the side so that the entire nation can ejaculate all over the players... Wait, what?
Yeah, that's right, the BBC has attempted to inject some national pride into Britain just in time for the Women's FIFA World Cup, but their chosen catchphrase "Come On Our Girls" is questionable at best and woefully misguided at worst.
Getting a bunch of women from a musical based on the Keira Knightley vehicle Bend it Like Beckham to scream it in this video only somehow makes it worse.
